• How to choose the right print or embroidery size?
  • It’s really easy: the garment size chart AND the print and embroidery sizes are all listed in centimeters. Just pick the size that suits your design and the garment size, note that our team will take care of setting and adjusting the final sizes to match your choices.
• FREE Background Removal:
  • We offer free background removal for all our valued customers. Simply select it in the last step of your order if you’d like.
  • A tip from us: if you can remove the background before uploading your image, even better! PNG is the best format for images.
  • Note: Hazy or soft-edged elements such as smoke, fog, clouds, flames, or liquid splashes or spray and vapor are difficult to remove the background from. For these images, please remove the background yourself the way you like, then upload it to us as a PNG, and we’ll print it as we receive it.

• Print type: High-quality heat transfer printing (DTF).
• Print sizes:
  • Small, such as a logo (max 10×10 cm).
  • Rectangle (max 20×10 cm).
  • Medium (max 14×14 cm).
  • Large (smaller than A4, 29×20 cm, regardless of product size).
  • Extra Large (smaller than A3, 41×29 cm, regardless of product size), so the print may appear smaller than the preview depending on the product size ordered.
  • Max (approximately, covers most of the product’s front or back when worn).

Embroidery

• Embroidery type: Computer digitized embroidery stitched directly onto the product itself, with the quality we’re known for. Not just an embroidered patch stuck onto the garment.
• Choose a clear image with well-defined features and contrasting colors.
• We offer multicolor embroidery (up to 10 thread colors) or single thread color embroidery (mono).
• Colors are matched to the closest available thread shade, so try to avoid too many gradients.
• Very important: Very fine details and many or overlapping color gradients won’t show clearly in embroidery. In that case, we recommend choosing printing instead, but of course, the choice is yours.
• Stabilizer: We may use layers of different stabilizer on the inner side of the product for certain fabrics, which reflects the quality and professionalism of the embroidery.
• Embroidery sizes:
  • Small, such as a logo (max 10×10 cm).
  • Rectangle (max 20×10 cm).
  • Medium (max 14×14 cm).
  • Large (max 20×20 cm).
  • Extra Large (max 32×20 cm).
