- A simple background — or no background at all — gives a cleaner, neater embroidery result.
- For multi-color embroidery, a maximum of 10 thread colors will be used — keep this in mind when uploading your image.
- For single thread color embroidery, please ensure sufficient contrast between the thread color and the fabric color.
- Colors are matched as closely as possible to the nearest available embroidery thread shade.
